Douglas E. Richards, CLU, ChFC, CFP® - Doug is the president of ORCA Financial Concepts. In addition to his responsibilities with ORCA Doug oversees the day to day operations of Crest Financial LLC a company delivering financial planning services to individuals and institutions throughout the Pacific Northwest. Having entered into the financial industry in 1993 Doug has developed a number of presentations and concepts to help his clients better understand their financial situation.

Scott Tucker – Scott is the Director of Technology Development for ORCA Financial Concepts. Additionally Scott is the President of Creative Software Alliance Inc. a corporation which delivers technology solutions to clients nationwide. Before forming ORCA or CSA inc. Scott developed the first computer generated long-term care illustration in the industry and today CSA inc. provides illustration software to a number of carriers. In the financial services industry Scott is recognized as a technology expert with more than twenty years of experience and has spoken on this topic at a number of conferences.
